There are several meeting and deadline dates for the quickly approaching FCC Annual Business Meeting, for you to be aware of. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

- Stewardship Committee Meeting- Wednesday, February 2nd, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
- Budget Committee Meeting- Friday, February 4th, at 11:00 a.m., lunch provided.
- Reports Due! Friday, February 11th. Anyone needing to submit reports for the combined Annual Report is asked to have your report submitted to the church office no later than the aforementioned date. This allows time to proof, combine and get ready for distribution to the church body. Please email your reports in MS Word Format to fccmidland@sbcglobal.net. Reports should be received from all group or ministry leaders, as well as all church office holders. If you have any question as to whether or not a report is required, please contact the church office as soon as possible.
- Nominations Posted- Sunday, February 13th. Nominations for the new ADCOM, Elders and other elected positions will be posted for the body's consideration, to be voted on at the Annual Meeting.
- FCC Annual Business Report Distributed- Sunday, February 20th. The completed report will be distributed by this date and made available either digitally or hard copy.
- FCC Annual Business Meeting-Sunday, February 27th, immediately following the morning worship service. All church members are asked to make plans to stay as we take a look back at 2021 and look forward to 2022. Non-members are also invited to stay and join in the conversations that will be had. Only members will be allowed to vote on decision making matters. Lunch details to be announced.
