While we want to heed the warning of our governing authorities by staying home as much as possible, not being able to connect, shake a hand, or receive a warm hug from a friend, can be difficult. We at FCC are working hard to provide ways for us all to stay connected. Video blogs from Pastor Lonnie will be posted on our website under Pastors Blog, as they become available, so make sure to check in often. We have also added a new page titled, Testimony Corner, under the Community Life tab. We encourage you all to share what God has been doing in your lives as a way of encouragement to us all! Visit this page and follow the link to share your testimony. Finally, we would like to encourage you to upload your pictures to the digital church directory, if you have not yet done so. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to see each others faces even though we are apart!
As a final word, we also would like to encourage you all in your solitude to stay all the more connected to our Lord and Savior. Those of you who are at home, take an extra hour to spend time in the Word, pray and worship. Lead Bible study with your family. Do whatever you need to do to spend time with Him and to hear what He has to say to you. For where He resides, we will not be alone!
